Custom control & operator software
Custom control software for the robot cell: a clear operator interface, safeguarded sequence control and guided operation, so the line runs safely even without a robotics expert on site.
We make Dobot robots production-ready, from the desktop robot to the cobot cell of the CR series: custom control software, add-on electronics, Lua programming and central monitoring. And we train your team so you stay in control of the cell yourself.

Lua in DobotStudio Pro, IO and signal monitoring, error handling and restart logic. We rework existing process scripts into stable, maintainable sequences.
We program and supply our own microcontrollers for sensors, peripherals and special functions, and integrate them cleanly into cell and control.
All robots and machines report to one self-hosted server: live logs, facility map, Teams alerts and traceability across stations.
The Dobot Lua course makes your team independent: from the basics to production-grade logging, in German or English, on site at your company.

View courseOur focus is on Dobot (MG400, M1 Pro, CR series CR3 to CR16). The concepts, such as central monitoring with Leif and structured programming, also transfer to PLCs and other controllers.
Our focus: Lua programming, custom control and operator software, our own microcontrollers, reworking existing process scripts, commissioning, monitoring with Leif and training your team. Robot selection and mechanical cell planning are not part of it; there we work with your specifications or partners.
Yes. The CR series (CR3 to CR16) are collaborative robots, or cobots: six axes, 3 to 16 kg payload, up to 1300 mm reach and force and speed limited operation that allows working alongside people. The MG400 and M1 Pro, by contrast, are classic desktop and SCARA robots without collaborative functions. Which design fits your task is something we clarify in the free initial consultation.
The robot itself is usually the smaller item. The effort is driven by grippers and peripherals, the connection to existing machines, the safety assessment for human robot collaboration (HRC) and the programming of the sequence. We quote this after the initial consultation, billed by effort or as a project price, rather than naming a flat rate that will not hold up later.
The initial consultation is free. After that you receive a transparent offer, billed by effort or as a fixed project price depending on scope and duration.
Yes. The Dobot Lua course and all other trainings are available in German or English, online or on site.
